Fortitudinous Faith Apparel Return and Exchange Policy
Our Return and Exchange policy lasts 14 days from the received receipt of your purchase. We only offer refunds on items that have been pre-paid for and are not in stock. If an order has not gone into production yet, we can offer you a full refund.
If 14 days have passed since your received receipt of purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange.
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged within 14 days of the received receipt of your purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate your exchange, we require photos of the defective or damaged item(s) to our email address at Fortitudinousfaithapparel@gmail.com
You must send the unused item back for us to replace for re-application to the exact same type of item. At that point we will issue an exchange. You will be responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchanged item.
